I am hoping that all of you had a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving. I am very appreciative of you for allowing yourselves to find comfort here and I am looking forward to sharing many more holidays and special occasions with you.
I give thanks for my daughter's continued educational growth. She is about half way through her Kindergarten year and I had my first parent/teacher conference last week. Her teacher had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her report card provided the proof. I still can't believe that I am receiving report cards already. I am just thankful that she has love and an eagerness for learning. She loves numbers, reading, writing and other forms of expression such as music and dance. Her little star shines so brightly and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that it doesn't fizzle until she reaches her maximum potential.
